1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between kishph Casino ("kishph", "we", "us", or "the Company") and any individual ("you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses or uses the gaming services offered through kishph.cam (the "Platform"). By completing the registration process, logging into your kishph account, or using any game, feature, or service on the Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with kishph and agree to comply with these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all forms of access to and use of the Platform, including access via desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any application or software interface provided by kishph. They apply equally to players located anywhere in the Philippines — whether you are in Metro Manila, Cebu City, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo, or any other location where access to the Platform is legally permitted.

These Terms should be read together with the kishph Privacy Policy and the kishph Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and kishph.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the kishph Casino platform is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This age restriction reflects the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering an account with kishph, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and will remain eligible throughout your use of the Platform.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. kishph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Capacity

You represent that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement, and that you are not accessing the Platform in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with kishph Casino. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances. If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, contact kishph support immediately.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering your kishph account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kishph account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. kishph will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify kishph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. kishph shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials where such use results from your failure to keep them confidential.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

kishph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations applicable in the Philippines. You agree to provide documentary evidence of identity and address when requested, prior to the processing of any withdrawal from your kishph account. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

kishph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT (TRC20 network). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your kishph wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of submission, subject to identity verification being complete and no pending bonus wagering requirements remaining on the account. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one (1) to three (3) business days. kishph does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the kishph account holder. Third-party payment is not permitted. kishph reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal at its sole discretion, including for the purposes of fraud prevention or AML compliance.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. kishph may apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱100 to dormant account balances, beginning from the thirteenth month of inactivity, until the balance reaches zero or the player resumes activity. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy fees are applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

kishph offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements (for sports bets), time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds credited to a kishph account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly on the applicable offer page. Real-money funds deposited to a kishph account are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

kishph reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds and any winnings generated therefrom if it reasonably suspects that a player is engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or covering bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, collusion with other players, or any other activity that exploits promotional terms in a manner not intended by kishph.

5.4 Promotion Modification

kishph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus funds already credited and accepted in good faith prior to the change.

6 Gameplay Rules

Each game available on the kishph platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game. The following general gameplay rules apply across all kishph games:

• All game outcomes on the kishph platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and real-time actions observed via live video stream.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except in circumstances expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, kishph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account balance.
• kishph does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of all games at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to specific games or game providers.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and player account tier. These limits are displayed within the game interface.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kishph platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with any part of the kishph platform in a manner not authorized by kishph.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment methods to fund a kishph account.
• Attempting to launder money or use the kishph platform for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity in violation of Philippine AML laws.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law, while misrepresenting your location.
• Sharing account credentials with or allowing third parties to use your kishph account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward kishph staff, agents, or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

kishph is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a solution to personal problems. The following tools are available to all registered kishph players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your kishph account.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss amount per session or per day, after which the platform will restrict further wagers for the defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of how long your current gaming session has lasted.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent). Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the kishph platform, including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, user interface elements, text, images, and audio-visual content, is the property of kishph Casino or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the kishph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the kishph platform without prior written authorization from kishph or the applicable rights holder.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kishph Casino, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or gaming winnings attributable to technical failure, network interruption, or game malfunction not caused by kishph's gross negligence.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment service providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications networks.
• Decisions made by kishph in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension, bonus forfeiture, or withdrawal refusal, where such decisions are made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kishph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

kishph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise those rights are described in full in the kishph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering a kishph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of the gaming services offered by kishph.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by kishph

kishph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; engagement in prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; regulatory requirements; or any other reason kishph deems necessary in its sole discretion.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for reasons other than prohibited conduct or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and winnings generated from bonus funds are not eligible for return upon termination unless kishph determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

12.3 Termination by the Player

You may request closure of your kishph account at any time by contacting kishph support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to you following KYC verification. Voluntary account closure does not affect your right to use kishph's self-exclusion tools in the future.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the kishph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute relating to a specific game outcome, transaction, or promotional claim, kishph encourages players to contact kishph support in the first instance. kishph will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within seven (7) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with kishph support, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority.

14 Amendments to These Terms

kishph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kishph will notify registered players via their registered email address or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the kishph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3 above. The most current version of these Terms is always available at kishph.cam/terms-conditions.
